Clean a removed diesel particulate filter with AUTOPROFI DPF Flushing Fluid 1000ml. This product is intended for workshop servicing, where the filter is taken off the vehicle, treated with cleaning fluid and thoroughly rinsed before reinstallation.
The manufacturer specifies approximately 8–10 hours of treatment and 3–5 litres of fluid depending on filter size. One 1-litre bottle should therefore not be presented as sufficient for every cleaning job. bluechemGROUP
Cleaning cannot repair a cracked, melted or otherwise damaged filter. The cause of repeated blockage also needs diagnosis.
